2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
3 cups Grated Carrots

Cream Cheese Icing:
1/2 stick Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 box Confectioner's Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and sugar. Add eggs, oil and grated carrots. Mix until blended. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes. Let cake cool before icing.

Icing:
Cream together the butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
