3 c. flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. raisins - put in hot water
1 8 oz. can of crushed pineapple
2 c. grated zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar, oil. Add zucchini then dry ingredients. Add vanilla, nuts pineapple (drained) raisins.

Grease 2 loaf pans. Bake 350º for 45 minutes. Put on wax paper.
