1 pound lump crabmeat
1 pound shrimp, peeled, tales removed, deveined
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons sherry
3 ounces sharp American cheese
1 small carton heavy whipping cream
salt and pepper, old bay seasoning to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté shrimp and crabmeat in butter, add sherry, American cheese and whipping cream. Season with salt and pepper, old bay.

Cook thoroughly, pour into casserole. Sprinkle top with mixture of bread crumbs, Romano cheese. Dot with butter and put in 350°F oven until golden brown.
