1 cup sugar
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup molasses
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sour cream
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add molasses and mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Sift together flour, ginger and cinnamon. Set aside. Add baking soda to sour cream and add to mixture and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Roll out and cut with an oblong cutter. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes. Frost with favorite icing.
