2 (20 oz) packages frozen packages 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup melted butter

1 1/2 cups mayo

1 onion, chopped


Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables according to
packages directions & drain

Place cooked vegetables in
ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix cheese, mayo, and onions
together and pour on top of
vegetables.

Top with crushed crackers and
then melted butter.

Bake uncovered 35 minutes at 350
