EASTER BREAD (small loaf)
1 pound of flour
Small piece of yeast( follow package direction)
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Add small amount of water if too dry




Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, cover and let raise. Punch down. Fold in raisin.
1 to 1 1/2 cups of raisins that were soaked in water for 20 minutes, let drain then flour raisin, mix into bread dough, cover and let rise
BAKE at 400 for about 1/2 hours or until dough is brown and insides cooked
