2 T flour
1/8 t salt
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 c sour cream
1/2 t vanilla
2 c apples, sliced
unbaked pie shell

Streusel Topping:
1/3 c flour
1/3 c sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, salt, and sugar. Add egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add apples and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400º for 15 min. Reduce heat to 325º for 30 min. Prepare streusel topping by combining flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter thoroughly. Sprinkle on top of pie after 45 min total baking time. Turn temp up to 400º and bake 10 min longer.
