3 eggs, beaten
2 c sugar
2 T vanilla
1 c oil
2 c grated zucchini
3 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 c raisins
1 c chopped nuts
1 c crushed pineapple, drained

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c butter, softened
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 c crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, and zucchini. In a separate bowl, mix flour baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture and combine thoroughly. Add nuts and pineapple; combine thoroughly and pour into 2 greased 8x8" square pans. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.

Frosting:
Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and pineapple thoroughly. Spread on cooled cakes. If layering, spread frosting between layers before stacking.
