2 Oz. dark chocolate
1 4 count crescent rolls
1 large egg yolk
1 T milk
2 T turbinado sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cut chocolate into 4 planks 1/2"x2 1/2".Unfold dough and place one piece of chocolate at the wide end and roll up. Or use fresh croissants and make a slit in the side and slip in the chocolate. Mix egg yolk and milk and brush on top of rolls and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 3-4 minutes before serving.
