1 c Dijon Mustard
1 c Dijon Whole Grain Mustard
3/4 c Amber Honey
1/4 c Apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard, honey and preserves together and apply to Ham when internal temperature reaches 115 degrees, around 3 hours. Then spread glaze on ham at about 130 degrees and again just before temp reaches 145 degrees. When 145 degrees is attained, remove from smoker/oven and let rest before carving.
