1 package (18 1/4 ox.) lemon cake mix
1 c. rice krispies cereal
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated lemon peel, optional
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed (dough will be crumbly). Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes or until set. Cool for 1 minute; remove from pan to a wire rack that has aluminum foil over it. Cool completely.
