Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 c. sugar 3/4 c. light corn syrup 3/4 c. water 2 egg whites 1 small package (3 oz.) Jello gelatin, any flavor

Directions:	Directions: Mix sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Continue boiling, stirring occasionally, until a little syrup forms a hard ball in cold water (or to 252º on a candy thermometer) about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Then add Jello gelatin, 1 tbsp. at a time, and beat until mixture will stand in stiff peaks. Then pour syrup in a thin stream over the egg white mixture, beating constantly. Continue beating until mixture will hold its shape and loses it's gloss. Very important! This will take about 10 minutes with electric mixer. Quickly spoon out onto waxed paper in heaping tbsps. Let stand until dry enough to handle, about 10 minutes. Store in covered container.
