12 Rhodes Texas Rolls
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange or lemon zest or 1 tsp. cinnamon
Icing:
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2-3 tbsp. juice from orange, lemon or milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw rolls until room temperature; spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine sugar and choice of rind or cinnamon. Roll each roll into a 7-inch rope. Dip in melted butter and then in sugar mixture. Tie in know and place in muffin cups. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise until double. Remove wrap. Bake at 350º for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Place on cooling wrack and glaze with icing while still warm.
Icing:
Mix powdered sugar, butter, and milk. Then add vanilla.
