3/4 c white sugar
pinch salt
2 c flour
1 small bottle red cherries
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cherry juice into a cup and add milk to make 2/3 c liquid. Beat egg, add sugar, cherries, then dry ingredient with juice. Add melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 300ºF.
