1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cups white chocolate chips
1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow crème
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 (14 ounce) package milk chocolate candy wafers

Spray 1 1/4x1 1/4x 5/8" silicone molds or ice cube trays with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a small microwave- safe bowl, melt together dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white baking chips in the microwave according to package directions, stirring until smooth.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine marshmallow crème, vanilla and milk. Beat on high speed while adding melted chocolate until well combined.
Fill prepared molds with marshmallow mixture, smoothing the tops. Chill several hours or until firm.
In a shallow microwave-safe bowl, melt candy wafers in the microwave according to package directions. Let cool slightly. Remove marshmallow mixture from molds and coat each in melted chocolate. Transfer to waxed paper and let set until firm.

No silicone molds? No problem. Simply follow instructions through step 3. Line an 8x8" pan with wax paper and spread marshmallow mixture evenly in pan. Chill as directed; remove from pan, slice into squares using a sharp knife and coat in melted chocolate.
