2 eggs, separated for every 2 c. mix
2 c. Krusteez pancake mix
1 tbsp vegetable oil for every 2 c. mix
1 1/3 c. water for every 2 c. mix
Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Whip egg whites until stiff. Mix yolks, water, oil and pancake mix. Add egg whites to waffle batter by stirring not beating.
Cook as directed with waffle iron.
