All Nighter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 L beaten egg
1/2 t Baking soda
1/3 t salt
1/3 C very ripe pureed banana
2 - 2 1/4 C flour
1/2 C chopped peanuts (salted)
1/2 c peanut butter
1 C peanut butter chips
1/2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and stir in sugar, eggs, soda and salt.
Mix in bananas and peanut butter. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time.
Fold in nuts and chips.
Dough will be sticky - refrigerate at least 1 hour
Shape dough into balls and roll in white sugar.
Press down gently to flatten a bit.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool 1 min before removing to cooling rack.

by Joann Fluke. However, it makes 8 - 10 dozen cookies.
I have reduced the ingredients and not included banana pudding
