2 c buttermilk
2 c oats
2 eggs beate
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c raisins
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak oats in buttermilk overnight. (Yogurt or soy milk may be substituted for buttermilk.) Combine all ingredients with buttermilk and oats. Spoon out 4" to 5" pancakes onto a hot griddle. Turn when browned on one side. Serve with syrup or jam.
