4 slices bacon cut in small slices or pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 cups peeled and cooked potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon and onions in skillet over medium heat. Drain most of bacon grease and pour over potatoes. Add soup and vinegar. Blend well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
