2 packages active dry yeast
1 3/4 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, very soft
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water inside mixing bowl. Turn on mixing bowl. Be sure you are using a bread hook attachment. Add butter, eggs, sugar, salt and mix well. Add 2 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Add two more c. flour and mix well. Add remaining flour until a soft dough is formed. Place dough in a buttered bowl. Turn dough once to make sure all sides of dough are greased. Raise till doubled at room temperature. Punch dough down and divide in half. Roll out one portion, and then roll up to form a loaf. Place in greased loaf pan. Repeat with other half of dough. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350º for about 35 minutes.
