Ingredients:  
1 cup onions 1 cup celery 2 cups Minute Rice (dry)
2 pkgs frozen broccoli (chopped)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg jar of Cheese Wiz

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli just until you can take it apart. Cook rice as directed.
Place all ingredients in greased or buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle with croutons during last 15 minutes of baking.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour
