2 8-ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
2 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper or red pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Pecans or walnuts finely chopped
Directions:

Mash first seven ingredients together into bowl. Shape into a ball. Roll in nuts.
Can be wrapped and frozen.
