Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken breast or chicken breasts cut into large chunks
2 cans of cut green beans, drained (I added more)
Red skin potatoes, cut into small quarters
1 to 2 packets of Zesty Italian dressing mix
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredient amounts depend on how much you want to cook and how big the baking dish is you want to use.
Whatever size pan you use...
Place chicken pieces down center of the baking dish. Place green beans along one side of chicken and cut up potatoes along the other. Sprinkle Zesty Italian dressing mix over the top of everything. Drizzle butter over everything.
Cover cooking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for about 1 hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can make as much of this or as little as you like! I have cut chicken breast in strips and rolled the chicken in the dressing before adding it to the pan. Then added more dressing mix over everything after the potatoes and green beans were added to the dish.
