1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter-flavor Crisco sticks
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag Hershey's chocolate kisses (any flavor)
Colored sugar

Preheat oven to 375º

Combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well with a whisk

Combine Crisco, peaut butter, white and brown sugar. Cream together with an electric mixer until smooth and sugar has dissolved Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well

Gradually add in dry ingredients and mix to combine

Measure cookies with rounded small ice cream scoop or heaping teaspoon; roll in colored sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment

Bake 8 minutes; remove from oven and press one kiss in the center of each. Bake 2 minutes longer.Cool completely on wire rack
