1 1/4 cup sifted All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
Chicken cooked with carrot, celery, bay leaf, black pepper and seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soft flour, dry milk and baking powder onto a piece of wax paper. Beat eggs well with fork. Stir flour mixture into beaten eggs until mixture leaves sides of bowl and rounds up into a ball. Divide dough in half. Roll out very thin on well floured board. Cut into 1 x 3" strips. Have chicken broth boiling. Stretch each dumpling one at a time and drop into broth. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until dumplings are almost done. Add boned chicken. Continue to cook until dumplings are tender (about 20-25 minutes more). Note: If necessary, add 1-2 cups more chicken broth made with bouillon cubes.
