1 (10 oz.) can Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 package (16 oz) Velveeta Pasteurized Cheese, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
For slow cooker: put all ingredients together in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours stirring occasionally.
For microwave: combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe dish; cover. Microwave oh HIGH 5 minutes or just until cheese melts, stirring after 3 minutes. Remove from microwave; stir until mixture is blended. Dish will be hot; use hot pads. For a double recipe, microwave on HIGH 8 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring after 5 minutes. Drain 1 can of tomatoes if a thicker dip is preferred.
Serve with tortilla chips!
