1 1/2 pounds meaty chicken pieces, skinned
1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
1/8 tsp ground red pepper (optional)
1/4 c. salsa
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Combine paprika and pepper; rub into chicken. Arrange chicken pieces in a 1 3/4 casserole or one of similar size. Place chicken in casserole with meaty portions toward edge. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over chicken.
Cook, covered, on high for 10-12 minutes of until chicken is tender.
