6 (1") thick shark steaks
1 tbsp. gelatin
1 c pineapple juice
1 c teriyaki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice and add gelatin and simmer 5 min. Refrigerate until thickened about 1 1/2 hours. Broil shark for 4 min each side and while broiling brush glaze over steaks.
