1 lb round steak
1/2 c beef bouillon
3 tsp soy sauce
1/4 lb sliced mushrooms
1/4 lb spinach
3 tbsp. peanut oil
3/4 c sliced celery
3/4 c sliced onion
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steaks across grain into diagonal strips about 3" long. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the meat. Add bouillon mixture and push meat to one side. Add celery, mushrooms and onions. Cook and stir for about 4 min. Add the spinach and cook about 2 min more. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Serve on rice.
