1 can whole kernel corn - drained
1 can cream style corn - not drained
2 L eggs
1 C sour cream (could be reduced fat)
1 stick butter - melted
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 - 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the corn, sour cream, eggs, butter, jiffy mix and 1/2 c of the cheese
together. Pour into a 9 * 13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes; top should be golden

This recipe is from Jan Flagg and is fairly rich as written.
I have reduced the fat and do not think it has had a
negative impact on the flavor. So now I use:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 stick butter melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
