1 C Flour
½ C Butter or Margarine
2 T Sugar
½ C Chopped Pecans

Filling Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz Package of Cream Cheese
1 C Powdered Sugar
2 Small Boxes of Instant Banana Pudding
3 C Milk
12 oz Cool Whip -Use one cup or 4 oz. to mix in with the banana-cheese mixture. The remainder is to top the pie.

Crust Directions: Mix the flour, butter, sugar, and pecans together until well blended and press into a 13 x 9 pan. Bake the crust at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned. Set aside.

While the crust is baking, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. When it’s creamy, add 1 cup of Cool Whip and beat together. In a separate bowl, beat the banana pudding and milk with a mixer until well blended. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese mixture and beat together until well blended. Pour this into the cooled crust. Top this with the remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

*If you do not have time to bake a crust, you may use on oversized (10 inch) graham cracker crust.
