15 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 can refried beans
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a nonstick skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce and seasonings; set aside.
Mix together refried beans and ground beef.
Place a large spoonful of bean and beef in each pasta shell. Place in an 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.

I use more enchilada sauce. I cover the bottom of the pan with enchilada sauce and pour some over the top of the shells before putting in the oven.
