1 pound bulk pork sausage (Bass or Neese’s when available)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or less)
1 Can Evaporated Milk
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and break into chunks with a spatula. Cook until the meat is crumbled and browned all the way through. Removed some of the grease by blotting with a paper towel or pouring sausage from pan into a bowl lined with paper towel, then return sausage to pan.

Add some flour and then slowly add the evaporated milk. Cook, stirring frequently, until the gravy is very thick and bubbly (you can add more milk later if you need to thin).

Season with salt and black pepper if desired

Serve with hot biscuits.
