1 egg, lightly beaten
5 tbsp. ketchup, divided
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pound ground beef
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, mustard, bread crumbs, dry soup mix, salt and pepper. Crumble the beef over the mixture and mix well. Shape into an oval loaf.
Place in a shallow 1-quart microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes or until the meat in no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160º.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the sugars, vinegar and remaining ketchup; drizzle over meat loaf. Cover and microwave on high for 2 t0 3 minutes longer or until heated through. let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
