Ingredients:
Peeled & Deveined Shrimp (large shrimp if available)
BBQ Sauce (store bought or make your own. Mild sauces better)
White Cheese of your choice (provolone, mozerella, monterary jack)
Will need toothpicks to hold things together

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Slice Shrimp long ways and stuff with cheese. Wrap shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick (this is where the larger shrimp do better as they cook more evenly).

Spray a glass casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and line the pan with the shrimp. Drizzle bbq sauce over each one.

Bake until shrimp is done and bacon begins to crisp.
