1 box Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix or from scratch, make the Chocolate Cake (Hershey) under separate recipe.

Icing:
1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
12 oz. cool whip
½ to 1 box confectioners sugar
3- 4 grated Hershey candy bars

Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar with a small amount of cool whip. Then fold in remainder of cool whip and lastly the chocolate shavings. Spread icing on cake.

Best if refrigerated overnight and even a day or two.

Prepare cake as box instructs. 3 layers is best.

Let cake cool completely, then add the icing:
