3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
8 oz. cream cheese
6 large eggs
3 sticks butter or margarine
Flavoring 1 t. lemon and 1 ½ t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, eggs and cream cheese. Add flour a little bit at a time. Add eggs and flavoring.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake for 1 ½ hours.

When cooled, top with cream cheese icing:

Cream Cheese Icing:
Ingredients
4 ounces unsalted butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. With the mixer on low speed, add the powdered sugar a cup at a time until smooth and creamy. Beat in the vanilla extract
