16 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice
8 oz red wine
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 sliced onion
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tbsp. dry basil
3 lb cubed roast of lamb

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except lamb in a food processor or blender and blend 15 min. Pour into a large glass or plastic container. Add lamb cubes. Marinate 8 hours or overnight. Thread lamb cubes on skewers and broil or barbecue until meat is just pink on the inside. Serve with rice.
