6 pork chops
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 chopped tomatoes
2 cloves minced garlic
1 chopped green pepper
1 tsp basil
1/2 c black olives
1/4 c red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet and fry chops until light brown. Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper, basil and wine. Cover and simmer 30 min and turn chops once. Add olives and cook over low heat 10 min. Serve with rice.
