1 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 tbsp. fresh mint
2 pieces crumbled bread
1/3 c white wine
olive oil
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the bread pieces in the wine and set aside. Combine the Italian sausage, eggs, mint and bread and form into 24 meatballs. Brown the meatballs over high heat in a skillet lightly greased with olive oil. Finish cooking the meatballs in a marinara sauce and serve over spaghetti or other pasta.
