8 oz. ground beef
8 oz. ground pork
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 T. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 T. water (may need to add a little more if mix is dry)

Sauce
2 T. flour
2 T. butter
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 to 1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. cream or sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and roll into 1 inch balls. Brown meat balls in a skillet or bake in 400º oven for 20 minutes. Then simmer balls in sauce for 15-20 minutes.

Stir ingredients for sauce together and simmer.
