1/4 c. olive oil
1 pound ground chuck
1 clove chopped garlic
2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
1 16 oz. canned tomatoes, undrained
3 beef boulion cubes
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped carrots
1 chopped onion
3 T. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
1 c. uncooked fine macaroni
1 10 oz. package of frozen peas
1 16 oz. can red kidney beans, undrained
grated parmesan

Brown meat. Add garlic, onion and celery. Saute 5 minutes. Add ingredients through herbs. Add 6 cups water (Bobby uses half V-8 juice). Simmer covered 40 minutes. Add macaroni, peas and kidney beans. Boil additional 20 minutes
