Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Squeeze as many Graham Crackers, broken into small rectangles, as you can into a single layer, filling up the baking sheet. Sprinkle a cup or so of chopped nuts onto the Graham Crackers.

Heat butter and sugar together in a saucepan until they come to a rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour the mixture evenly on top of the Graham Crackers. Pop the pan into the oven at 350 degrees and cook for 10 minutes. Let the tray cool to room temperature.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My friend, Cyd Dunlap, is president of the Oxford Humane Society. A favorite activity at the local Animal Shelter and at our many fundraisers is eating, and Cyd is the primary contributor to that activity, because she is a wonderful cook! I'm not supposed to eat sweets much, but this is one dessert I can't resist having a bite of, so she let me coerce her into providing this recipe! Thanks, Cyd!
