1 lb sliced liver
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 c minced onion
1/4 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge liver in the mixture on both sides. Melt butter in skillet and brown liver over high heat. Reduce heat and sprinkle with onion and dill. Cover and simmer 10 min.
