1-8 oz. package cream cheese-room temperature
1/4 butter-softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix in bowl with electric mixer until blended. May add a tsp. or two of milk if frosting is too thick. Use on cupcakes, cakes or cinnamon rolls.
