1 pound red potatoes, quartered
1 cup honey mustard salad dressing
1 tablespoon chopped onion
8 chicken thighs

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 º F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl or plastic bag. Lay in an even layer on the baking sheet.
3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
