"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Poof yeast in warm water with sugar-set aside.
In a large bowl combine the 2 cups warm water, salt and sugar, beat well and then mix in shortening until melted. When cool add yeast mixture and the eggs, beat well. Then mix in the flour one cup at a time. Will make a soft, somewhat sticky dough. Cover and place in the fridge for at least two hours. Punch down, roll out and cut out rolls, dip in butter, fold and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake on 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes, until rolls are golden brown.
