3 oignons en tranches fines
3 c. à soupe beurre
2 1/2 tasses consommé de boeuf
1 1/2 tasse eau
1 c. à thé sel
1/8 c. à thé poivre
4 tranches pain croûté
1 1/2 tasse fromage mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Mettre le beurre et les oignons dans une casserole. Couvrir. Cuire sur feu vif pendant 10 minutes en brassant après 5 minutes. Ajouter le consommé de boeuf, l'eau, le sel et le poivre. Couvrir et cuire sur feu vif pendant 8 à 10 minutes. Remplir de soupe 4 bols à soupe à l'oignon et recouvrir chaque portion d'une tranche de pain croûté rôtie. Saupoudrer de fromage et gratiner au four quelques minutes.
