2 T. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar

2 cups scalded milk( microwave about 6 minutes)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
7 cups flour

Cream cheese filling ingredients:
1-8 oz package of cream cheese (room temp)
1 egg
6 T. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla.

Directions:
Directions:
Proof yeast with warm water and sugar. In a Bosch or large bowl mix sugar and shortening in hot milk. Stir until dissolved and then let cool until it's just warm and then add all ingredients except flour. Mix well and then add flour gradually until a smooth dough forms. Put into a large greased bowl and set somewhere warm until it raises double. Then punch down and roll out into a long rectangle. Spread with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. (You can add nuts and or raisins too.) Roll into a log and slice at one inch intervals. Place on a greased cookie sheet and let raise. Let raise and with a spoon make an indention on top of roll and fill with cream cheese filling. To make filling mix all filling ingredients listed above. Bake on 350 degrees for twenty minutes. Frost with cream cheese or butter cream frosting.
