1 cup water
1 T. sugar
4 T. yeast
1/2 cup oil
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
6 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup water, 1 T. sugar and 4 T. yeast Proof yeast until foamy. In the a very large bowl combine oil, 2 cups water, 1 cup sugar, beaten eggs and salt. Beat well then add yeast mixture and then gradually add flour to form a soft dough. Let raise, punch down, roll out and cut into circles. Dip half in melted butter, fold in half and place on greased cookie sheet. Let raise and cook on 350 degrees for 9 minutes.

This dough makes light and delicious cinnamon rolls. Make dough, punch down, roll out into a long rectangle. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and brown sugar and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Can also add nuts or raisins. Roll into a log and cut into 1 in. slices. Place on greased cookie sheets and let raise. Bake about 20 minutes until golden. Frost with cream cheese or butter cream frosting.
